The World's Source For Fuzzy Logic Solutions
FuzzyCLIPS offers the following functionality:
TIL's FuzzyCLIPS is available in 3 editions to accomodate a wide range of design and development applications:
Designed for the advanced application developer, the FuzzyCLIPS Professional Edition provides complete capability to port the development environment and/or run-time application code to most computers with an ANSI C compiler. Developers can customize both the development and run-time delivery versions of FuzzyCLIPS by including features such as the CLIPS COOL object oriented language and adding fuzzification, fuzzy inference, and defuzzificantion functions.
The Professional packet includes the FuzzyCLIPS-Developer
packet materials plus complete TIL Fuzzy processing source code
for FuzzyCLIPS and a C make file for the development environment
version of FuzzyCLIPS.
Designed for the experienced application developer, the FuzzyCLIPS Developer Edition provides the capability to prepare specialized, stand-alone applications as turn-key deliverable products for DOS or Windows environments. Developers can link their own C functions into the executable code or embed the FuzzyCLIPS application as a subroutine in a larger program.
The Developer packet includes the FuzzyCLIPS
User packet materials plus full CLIPS 5.1 source and executable
files, a run-time library of TIL's fuzzy processing code, source
code and make files for a FuzzyCLIPS run-time application example,
and the source files for TIL's modifications to CLIPS.
Designed for the novice application developer, the FuzzyCLIPS User Edition provides a low cost opportunity to investigate fuzzy logic technology and CLIPS rule-based expert systems. The packet provides hands-on experiences that will enable the developer to build, verify, and demonstrate sophisticated FuzzyCLIPS applications.
The User packet includes interactive executable
versions of FuzzyCLIPS for DOS and Windows environments, the
TIL FuzzyCLIPS User's Manual, verification and validation files,
and sample FuzzyCLIPS examples.
The C Language Integrated Production System (CLIPS) was developed by NASA's Johnson Space Center to specifically address the difficulty of putting state-of-the-art expert systems into practical use. CLIPS was developed in the C language to permit use of general purpose computers and to integrate smoothly with other code used in embedded applications.
FuzzyCLIPS was developed by Togai InfraLogic under a Small
Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract with NASA's Johnso
Space Center to add fuzzy reasoning capability to the standard
CLIPS product. This is accomplished by providing the following
features:
